Salt rocks are made from Salt crystals formed from ancient seas by nature all over the world millions of years ago. Unique Glow salt rocks primarily come from the Himalayas.

Salt rock crystals are mined from salt mines and handcrafted to keep their original structure. They come in variety of sizes, shapes, color and intensity. No two rocks are the same. They are all unique.

You can look at the products on my website. All financial transactions are made with the trusted third party Pay Pal, or certified cheque or money order, cash transactions can be arranged.

If you live close to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, you can make arrangements to pick them up instead of paying shipping charges. Also please note if you are going to pick-up your order please provide us with a contact name and phone # so we can make arrangements with you.

How do you ship them?

Products are shipping within 2-3 days and can be shipped by UPS, Local Courier, and Tiger Courier. They will be packaged well for shipping.

How do you charge for shipping?

When you complete your transaction at PayPal there will be a flat rate shipping charges. We also offer a delivery service within Winnipeg City Limits of a flat rate of $10.00, pick-up orders are no charge. If you are picking up your order or using the delivery service within Winnipeg City limits and the courier charges are less than the flat rate of paypal, the difference will be refunded through PayPal.

Some of your picture descriptions state "may not be exactly as illustrated" What does this mean?

No two salt rocks are the same, they are natural and colors vary, as do sizes and shapes.

How are salt rock lamps cleaned?

They absorb humidity and may deposit salt, they should be turned on as much as possible to release any moisture. The lamp can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Do not soak the lamp; if the lamp is damp turn it on to dry out. They are not for outdoor use, they are meant for indoor use only.
